Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

• Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns or exchanges must be requested no later than 14 days after the item was delivered.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

2. Approval Process:
   • If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
   • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow for inspection of the item.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We cannot facilitate refunds to a third party.
• You will receive an email notification once your order has been refunded.
